Terms of Use
Last updated: 27 September 2026
This page provides general information about using Sened for Restaurants. The application is under active development; test your operations and your backups before relying on it alone for critical work.
Using the application
The restaurant owner uses Sened to manage their business and is responsible for staff accounts, devices, the local network, tax compliance and any customer-data protection rules that apply to them. Access tokens and backup files must not be shared with unauthorized people.
Backup and restore
Sened provides local backups and may provide optional backups in Google Drive after the owner consents. The owner should keep independent copies and test restoring them regularly. The Google Drive service depends on the owner's Google account, its connectivity and Google's policies; Sened is not affiliated with Google.
Limits of liability
Sened is provided as is. The owner remains responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter and for keeping tested backups. We are not liable for data loss caused by hardware failure, an insecure network setup, deletion inside the owner's own Google account, or unauthorized use of the restaurant's device.
Support and changes
For support, write to support@sened.group. The application's features and this page may change as development continues; significant changes will be explained here and the date at the top updated.
